Big Golf League, Inc. builds fantasy golf for people who want more ways to play. What began with a golf league format inspired by more than 30 years and four generations of players has evolved into Greenie Fantasy Golf by BGL — one app built around six core fantasy golf formats, customizable league settings, curated themes and live scoring.
BGL began with a format that came out of a long-running local golf league. The idea was straightforward: fantasy golf should feel like golf.
Instead of relying on complicated scoring systems built around isolated events, BGL focused on what matters in the sport itself — where golfers finish and how they perform across a tournament and a season.
That original concept became the foundation for something much larger.
Greenie Fantasy Golf by BGL brings multiple styles of fantasy golf together in one app. Your league begins by choosing a core format. From there, dynamic rules and settings let you shape the game your group actually wants to play.
League creators can shape the experience through settings for scoring, rosters, drafts, captains, bonuses, add/drops, mulligans and more.
Add 19 curated league themes and live scoring throughout tournaments, and leagues can take on very different personalities while still living inside the same app.
That flexibility is the point: start with one of six core formats, then make it yours.
We love watching golf, playing golf and talking about golf. And golf is simply more entertaining when there is something riding on every tournament — even if it is only bragging rights.
BGL exists to give golfers, fantasy players, friends, families and coworkers more ways to compete, more reasons to follow the leaderboard and a fantasy golf experience they can make their own.
