I’m here, what do I do?

If you were invited to a league then you can join that league from your notifications (the bell up on the right). If you found us organically then you can create a league for free and invite friends, family or colleagues to join your league.  The create a league is the plus symbol top right and there are alternative ways to create a league like within the burger menu. In addition, we have a large public league called The BGL for everyone to join with random prizes. You can join The BGL by following a banner add or searching leagues.

I’m still having difficulty joining the league I was invited to?

When your commissioner creates a league and invites you, the invite is sent to the email address your commissioner uses. (1) Please check your spam or junk folder to see if the invitation is there. (2) Additionally, sometimes users sign up or login with SSO (Single Sign-On) like Sign-In with Apple and we cannot reconcile that account with another one using your email. So, we created Invite Codes to leagues. Each league has a unique, random invite code unless changed by your commissioner which you can use to search for the private league and then accept an invitation to that league. This code is in your email invite or you can ask your commissioner for it and then use it. (3) If you are still having difficulty please do not hesitate to contact us as we continue to eliminate all friction with respect to signing up and finding a league to join with your friends.

I’m in a league, what now?

Now, you need to draft your team of 30 golfers. Go to My Team and then click the Manage Draft Picks. From here you can select 5 golfers for each of the 6 tiers and do some research on the golfers.  You also can “write-in” any golfer outside the top 120 by searching for that golfer or selecting him from the write-in section.

I cannot find a golfer I want to draft?

You can click the headset icon and contact us to double-check if the golfer is in the system. We will add the golfer if he is not in the system and then you can draft that player.

I finished my draft. Are my picks stored?

Yes, we auto-save picks in case you are mid-way through the draft and need to leave or close out of the app. We also have a “Save” button top right which you can click to make you more comfortable the picks are saved.

What if I want to change my picks before the first tournament of my league begins? Maybe my golfer got injured?

We allow you to change your picks any time you wish before the season starts. Once the season starts (or your league’s deadline has passed), your picks are locked and cannot be changed.  There are no drop/adds throughout the season, so if a golfer is injured, you’re stuck with him.

How come I cannot see the other teams’ rosters in my league?

Visibility into other teams’ rosters before the league is locked is an unfair advantage for those drafting at the last minute.  Once the league starts you will then be able to see other team’s rosters, so you know who to root for or against. You will also be able to see the number of picks or times a golfer has been drafted on all teams as well as that golfer’s percent rostered.

When are tournament results updated?

We update tournament results shortly after the tournament officially ends.  Most times you’ll be able to see results and league standings on Sunday right after the winner is crowned.  

How do players on my team get points during the season?

Every league’s scoring is determined by the league Commissioner. You can see details on your League tab (home screen) by clicking League Scoring Mechanics. For a standard tournament, the default is to reward the top 7 scores with 10,6,5,4,3,2,1 points from 1st to 7th.
